This statement provides the terms and conditions that individuals from NHS organisations and the wider public sector must adhere to in order to gain approval of an NHS Workforce Alliance website account.
By requesting an account on this website, you are requesting access to all NHS Workforce Alliance framework documentation, available when logged in to your account. In exchange for approval for an NHS Workforce Alliance website account you/your organisation agrees to the following:
- Certify that all information provided by the NHS Workforce Alliance in relation to any NHS Workforce Alliance framework agreement, in any form, will be kept strictly confidential and not be made available to any external entity other than your own, without prior permission of the NHS Workforce Alliance. Please note – (this obligation shall not apply to the provision of information by public sector organisations in order to comply with government guidelines and/or legislation regarding transparency and expenditure of public money)
- Accept all responsibility for both accessing and using any NHS Workforce Alliance framework agreement in accordance with its associated terms and conditions of contract
- Agree that the NHS Workforce Alliance has no responsibility, or liability, on behalf of you/your organisation relating to the use of any NHS Workforce Alliance framework agreement
- If you/your organisation intends to participate in any NHS Workforce Alliance framework agreement you/your organisation agrees to:
- Act in accordance with the guidance and instructions set out in the relevant NHS Workforce Alliance documents, associated terms and conditions of contract, and in accordance with the all relevant UK legislation, including all applicable procurement regulations
- Authorise the NHS Workforce Alliance to receive Management Information from NHS Workforce Alliance awarded suppliers accessed through any NHS Workforce Alliance framework agreement by you/your organisation. Such information will be used by the NHS Workforce Alliance for contract management/administration purposes
